The ADGM Book brings together the ADGM Court Procedure Rules 2016 and the ADGM Practice Directions in a single volume for the first time — previously separate, searchable only under their own headings. As Lord Hope of Craighead KT, Chief Justice of ADGM Courts, writes in his foreword: "the efficient running of ADGM Courts is based on a system of rules and practice directions. Beyond consolidating the rules and practice directions, the volume — authored by Daniel Lewis and Daniel Jukes of Wilberforce Chambers — offers commentary on how they are being applied in practice, including references to ADGM's own developing case law. The volume covers the full ADGM Court Procedure Rules 2016 across 41 parts — from scope and interpretation through case management, disclosure, evidence, enforcement of judgments, and the Small Claims, Employment, and Real Property Divisions — together with 16 practice directions and supporting appendices, schedules, and annexures.
