Measures are organised around the FC4S's five fields of action — strengthening strategic involvement, strengthening market integrity, building capacity, promoting innovation, and supporting the real economy — proposing steps such as reducing the financial centre's carbon footprint against Science Based Targets Initiative benchmarks, a sustainability academy education programme, a local information platform, an innovation network with a dedicated FinTech initiative, and development of green/social financial products such as green building loans and green bonds.
