Case studies include Mourant's advice to renewable-energy investor Low Carbon on the establishment of VLC Renewables Fund I, a Jersey unregulated eligible investor fund that received initial commitments of €200 million from energy company Vitol to invest in European wind energy projects, and Carey Olsen and Oak Group's role in Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners' Quinbrook Low Carbon Power Fund, which raised a total of US$1.6 billion in primary fund and co-investment commitments for lower-carbon and renewable energy projects in the US, UK and Australia.
